Agents
Agents are autonomous workflows that run parts of your business, shown under Intelligence in the dashboard. The Agents page lets you review and approve the actions these workflows propose, override them, and monitor their activity across scheduling, billing, communication, and reviews.
Agents is separate from the Operate assistant: Operate is a conversational assistant, while Agents is a monitoring and control dashboard for autonomous workflows.
Pending approvals
When an agent proposes an action that needs a decision, it appears under Pending Approvals. The dashboard shows a badge with the number of pending approvals. For each pending action you can Approve it or Override it. Approving marks the action complete; overriding marks it overridden.
Recent agent activity
The Recent Agent Activity section lists what each agent has done. Expand an activity to see its reasoning, the AI recommendation, the action type, status, confidence, and when it happened.
The four agent tabs
Scheduling
The Scheduling tab shows AI Insights, route metrics, and today's and tomorrow's routes. Use it to Generate Routes, Regenerate (Replace) existing ones, Publish Routes, or Publish All when tomorrow's routes include drafts or optimized routes, and to Balance Workload across technicians. With no activity yet, it shows a message to generate tomorrow's routes to get started.
Billing
The Billing tab shows AI Analysis, upcoming invoices, collections, outstanding accounts, and items pending review, along with AI billing insights. With no activity yet, it prompts you to run the agent to get started.
Communication
The Communication tab tracks actions, auto-resolution, active conversations, and escalations, and shows a conversation pipeline. With no activity yet, it prompts you to send a message through the portal to see the agent in action.
Reviews
The Reviews tab links to the full reviews dashboard and shows AI Analysis, total reviews, response needs, solicitation rate, and AI review insights. With no activity yet, it prompts you to run the agent to start soliciting reviews and drafting responses.
