PoolIQ

PoolIQ is the AI assistant built into the mobile app that helps you interpret chemistry readings, troubleshoot pool problems, and suggest upsells. Open it from a route stop to chat, analyze readings, diagnose issues, or generate upsell suggestions.

PoolIQ runs on four modes: Chat, Chemistry Analysis, Troubleshoot, and Upsell Suggestions. All AI actions require an active internet connection—unlike route and chemistry writes, PoolIQ requests don't queue for offline sync.

Open PoolIQ

PoolIQ appears within route execution on the route screen. It's hidden on completed routes, so open it while a stop is in progress.

Chat

The Chat mode answers pool questions. Type into the Ask Pool IQ anything... field and send. While it's thinking, the app shows Thinking....

Chemistry Analysis

Use Chemistry Analysis to interpret a set of pool chemistry readings. Tap Analyze to run it. The result returns a Health Score, a Summary, Recommendations, Issues, Reasoning, and a Learning Moment.

Troubleshoot

Use Troubleshoot to diagnose a pool problem. Tap Diagnose to run it. The result returns a Likely Diagnosis, Urgency, Diagnostic Steps, Recommended Action, Estimated Cost, Reasoning, and Additional Notes.

Upsell Suggestions

Use Upsell Suggestions to generate add-on services or products to offer a customer. Tap Generate Suggestions to run it.

Offline and errors

Because PoolIQ needs a connection, it isn't available while you're offline. If you try to use it without connectivity, the app shows PoolIQ needs an internet connection. Please try again once you're back online. If a request otherwise fails, it shows Something went wrong. Please try again.
