The barcode you scanned doesn't match any product in your company's catalog. The item may need to be added to the catalog first, or you may be scanning a supplier barcode that differs from what's in the system. Try searching for the product by name instead.
The Inventory Tab
The Inventory tab shows you what chemicals and parts are currently on your truck. It's your starting point each morning to load up before heading out on your route, and your reference during service visits when you need to apply chemicals from your stock.
Viewing your truck stock
Open the Inventory tab to see everything currently checked out to you. Each item shows:
Name — The product or chemical name from your company's catalog
Category badge — Chemical, Product, or Part
Quantity — How many units you have on your truck
Unit of measure — Such as gallons, pounds, or each
This is the inventory available for you to use during service visits. When you apply chemicals at a job, the app decrements your truck stock automatically.
When your truck is empty
If you haven't loaded any items yet, you'll see an empty state with the message "No items on your truck" and a prompt to "Load some stock to get started."
Tap Load Truck to add items from your company's warehouse to your truck.
Loading your truck
The Load Truck flow lets you pull items from the warehouse onto your truck. This is typically done at the start of each day or when you're running low on supplies.
Tap Load Truck from the Inventory tab.
Find the item you need in one of two ways:
Search — Type the product name in the search field
Scan barcode — Tap the scan button and point your camera at the product barcode
The search results show each item's category badge and the warehouse quantity available.
Set the quantity you want to load. You can load any amount up to what's available in the warehouse.
Tap Add to Truck to check out the items.
After adding items, you can Scan Another to continue loading, or tap Done to return to your inventory list.
Barcode scanning
When you scan a barcode, the app looks up the product automatically. If the barcode isn't recognized, you'll see a "Barcode not found" message and can search for the item manually instead.
If the camera permission is denied, you'll need to open your device settings and grant camera access to use the scanner.
Using chemicals during service visits
When you complete a service visit, you'll see a Chemicals Applied section where you log the chemicals you used on that job. This is directly connected to your truck stock:
The chemical picker only shows items currently on your truck. If you need a chemical that isn't listed, you must load it via the Inventory tab first.
When you submit chemical usage, the amount is automatically subtracted from your truck stock.
You can't apply more of a chemical than you have available on your truck. The app validates the amount before submission.
This integration ensures your inventory stays accurate as you work through your route. For more on how chemical usage connects to your company's inventory tracking, see Inventory.
Returning items
If you have leftover chemicals or parts at the end of a route, you can return them to the warehouse from your truck inventory. This keeps your company's stock counts accurate and makes those items available for other technicians.
Returned items are logged as "Return" transactions in your company's inventory log and move from your checked-out total back to the warehouse count.
Troubleshooting
I scanned a barcode but got "Barcode not found"
I need a chemical during a visit but it's not in the picker
The chemical picker only shows items currently on your truck. If you need a chemical that isn't listed, you'll need to load it from the Inventory tab before you can apply it to a service visit. If the chemical isn't available in your company's catalog at all, contact your office to have it added.
The amount I tried to apply was rejected
You can't apply more of a chemical than you have on your truck. Check your current stock in the Inventory tab and verify you have enough of that item. If the quantity is correct but you're still seeing an error, the app may need to refresh—pull down on the inventory list to reload your current stock.
