Health
The Health tab is the Customer Portal home page—the first screen your customers see when they log in. It displays their pool's current condition, chemistry readings, and service activity at a glance.
What your customers see
When a customer has a primary pool with recent readings, the Health tab shows:
Pool health status — A status badge showing the current condition (Excellent, Good, Attention, or Critical) with a trend indicator (Stable, Improving, or Declining) and a timestamp for when the reading was last updated.
Chemistry strip — The latest readings for pH, Chlorine, Alkalinity, Temp, and Salt. Each reading displays with a visual indicator showing whether it's in a healthy range.
Empty state for new customers
Customers who haven't had their first service visit yet see a welcome message instead of health data:
Welcome to your pool portal
Your pool health and service story will appear here once your first visit is complete.
This sets clear expectations for new customers and confirms they're in the right place.
How the data gets there
Pool health and chemistry readings come from your technicians. When a technician logs chemistry readings during a service visit in the Technician App, that data flows into the Customer Portal automatically. See the Overview for more on how service visits capture and sync chemistry data.
Why this matters for you
The Health tab gives customers a self-service window into their pool's condition. Instead of calling your office to ask about water quality or recent readings, they can check the portal anytime. The trend indicator also helps customers see the value of regular service—they can watch their pool health improve over time as your team maintains it.
