History
The History tab gives your customers a complete view of their service history. Customers access this from the History tab to review past visits, see what was done at each stop, and reference photos and notes from your technicians.
What customers see
Customers see a list of their past service visits, each showing the visit status:
Completed — The visit was finished successfully
Skipped — The visit was skipped (e.g., locked gate, weather)
Cancelled — The visit was cancelled
For each visit, customers can view:
Photos and notes captured by the technician
Chemistry readings logged during the visit
Chemicals used on the job
Customers with many visits get a paginated list, so they can browse through their full service history.
How this benefits you
The History tab reduces inbound calls and office workload. Customers can self-service their own questions:
"What did the technician do last week?" — They check the visit themselves.
"Was my pool serviced?" — They see the status and photos.
"What chemicals were added?" — They review the logged usage.
Photos provide transparency and proof of work, building trust and reducing disputes about whether service was completed.
Where the data comes from
Everything customers see in the History tab is captured by your technicians in the field. When a technician completes a visit using the Technician App — photos, notes, chemistry readings, and chemical usage — that data syncs automatically to the Customer Portal. Customers see the same information your office reviews in the Admin Dashboard.
What's next
Customers who want to review their billing can access the Billing tab in the Customer Portal to view and pay outstanding invoices.
