The History Tab
The History tab shows your completed service visits, grouped by day. Use it to review past work, check notes and photos from earlier jobs, and reference details from previous visits at a property.
View your service history
Open the History tab to see a list of your completed visits. The screen title is Service History.
Visits are grouped by date, with the most recent day at the top. Each group shows a date header (for example, Tue, Jan 2), followed by the visits from that day.
Pull down on the list to refresh and load the latest data from the server.
What each visit shows
Each visit appears as a card. Tap a card to expand it and see more details.
Collapsed view
When a card is collapsed, you see:
Customer name — the customer for this visit (or "Unknown Customer" if not set)
Address — the property location
Status badge — the visit status (Completed, Skipped, Cancelled, etc.)
Service plan name — if the visit was part of a recurring service plan
Duration — time spent on the visit, in minutes
Photo count — total number of photos captured
Checklist progress — completed items out of total (for example, "5/6")
Expanded view
Tap a card to expand it and see additional details:
Arrived at — when you arrived at the property
Departed at — when you left the property
Notes — any notes you logged during the visit
Issues — problems you reported
Before/after photos — counts of before and after photos separately
Tap the card again to collapse it.
Pagination
If you have more than 20 completed visits, your history spans multiple pages. The screen shows one page at a time with navigation controls at the bottom.
The controls show your current position (for example, Page 1 of 3) and two buttons:
Previous — go to the earlier page of history
Next — go to the next page of history
Each page loads up to 20 visits. The pagination buttons only appear when you have more than one page of results.
Empty state
If you haven't completed any visits yet, the screen shows an empty state with the message:
No history
Completed jobs will appear here.
Once you complete your first service visit, it will appear in your history.
Loading and errors
When you first open the History tab, a loading skeleton appears while your data loads. If the load fails (for example, due to a network issue), you'll see an error state with a retry option.
Pull down on the list to refresh your history and load the latest data.
You must be signed in to view your service history. If you're not authenticated, the screen won't load data. For help with sign-in issues, see Signing in.
