The app is only available in the United States. If your Apple Account's country or region is set to somewhere else, the app won't appear in search. Switch your App Store country or region to the United States and search again.
Installing
Install the Chisel Tide app on your iPhone or iPad from the App Store, or on your Android phone from Google Play. The iOS app is free and is available in the United States only. The Android app requires Android 7 or later.
Before you start
iPhone or iPad: iOS 16.4 or later. The app is about 46.5 MB and is available in the United States only.
Android phone: Android 7 or later.
A technician account created by your company. There is no sign-up inside the app: your employer creates your account and invites you before you can sign in.
Install on iPhone / iPad
Tap the Download on the iOS App Store button above, or open the App Store on your phone and search for Chisel Tide.
Tap Get, then confirm the download with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple Account password.
When the download finishes, tap Open to launch the app.
Install on Android
Tap the Download on the Google Play Store button above, or open the Play Store on your phone and search for Chisel Tide.
Tap Install.
When the download finishes, tap Open to launch the app.

Troubleshooting
I can't find Chisel Tide in the App Store
The App Store says my software is too old
Chisel Tide requires iOS 16.4 or later. Update your phone to the latest iOS version in your phone's Settings, then try the download again.
The download is stuck or very slow
Check that you have a working Wi-Fi or cellular connection. The iOS app is 46.5 MB in size. If it stays stuck, cancel the download and tap Get again, or restart your phone and try once more.
There's not enough space on my phone
Delete a few apps, photos, or videos you no longer need, then download the app again.
It asks me to sign in or verify payment for a free app
The app is free, but you still need an Apple Account signed in on your phone to download anything from the App Store. Sign in to the App Store with your Apple Account, then tap Get again.
My Android phone won't install the app
Chisel Tide requires Android 7 or later. Check your Android version in your phone's Settings app under About phone. If your phone runs an older version, the Play Store won't offer the app; you need a phone that meets the requirement.
Show Directions couldn't open maps on Android
On Android, directions open in Google Maps, with a Google Maps web page as a fallback. If neither opens, the app shows Could not open maps. Please try again. Check that Google Maps is installed and try again.
